Figured we can talk about the scheme that is wasting Jeanty, regressing Smith and frustrating the hell out of the fanbase. Not to mention Bech being wasted and a load of other issues.

I was hoping Kelly designed the offense around Jeanty. The offense going into week 7 doesn't seem to have any identity yet, which is alarming.

It's wild but I think Olson would be a significant upgrade at this point. He'd fix the run blocking real quick.

Yeah I don’t think Olson would be that bad actually. I’m not saying he’s a long term answer but he did an okay job running the offense when Gruden got fired.

Yea, why would anyone want Greg Olson? I don't understand why Raider fans are so fixated on trash has-beens.

I just asked the question because I had no clue who would take over mid-season. I didn't suggest anyone.

No thanks on Olson. I didnt like it when he was calling the plays.

Only other coach on staff with OC experience is Philbin. So for that reason can't see the six million dollar man going anywhere.

If my only option was to have Greg Olson take over as O coordinator, I'd rather have Chip finish off the year and start fresh in 2026.

Well, there are other options for sure at this time. Me personally, I would take Callahan over most other options. If he is not in charge, he really does call a good game. And his old man can come along and help fix the Oline.
