Fire Pete Carroll
I didn't see a thread yet, I wanted Pete to be able to stay a few years to rebuild us back, but it is clear to me that he is clueless on how to fix what is broken. We have made the same mistakes every week, with no corrections. He has to go! Thoughts?

Yea, there is a lie in there somewhere, but where can it be.....Raidernation1979 wrote: Fri Dec 05, 2025 9:36 am “I want to win” “Carr and Gruden reunion” contradictory statements.

I like Chris Shula out of the names mentioned. Rams D seems to always be better than expected even with a bunch of young guys. I’m guessing he could snag someone from the offensive side who has been learning from McVay for the OC position.
Unfortunately I think he will have better options.

Seeing this team implode since then, leads me to believe we were headed a much better direction, than today. So much that I would love Carr and Gruden reunion and I can't even believe I am saying this. Carr would love BB and Jeanty. I just want to win so bad! We all do! I just don't know how rebuilding with a coach that is 900 years old is going to help us.

So wait...... Pete Carroll is too old, but we should want a QB who quit on two teams already? (plus quit on too many plays to count)

Prime? Cmon Toast. Don't start losing it on me. I wouldn't hire that P.O.S if he were the last coach on the planet.ToastPatterson wrote: Fri Dec 05, 2025 9:50 am It's a less than ideal situation. In fact it's a complete clusterfuck. How about Coach Prime?

Say what you will about Gruden but I think we could use some of this from whoever the coach is.

Yeah Ruggs was a killer; he was just starting to open up and play like an all-pro for Gruden and then he had that accident that changed his life….think Gruden have took the team to playoffs that year if he was HC; I know the team still made the playoffs; but it would have been on Gruden watch……I know his draft pick were bad; but he found hidden gems like Darren Waller….the truth is; at least Gruden gave you a football game and the players did play hard for him; and look at Josh Jacob; Gruden drafted the guy for the raiders and he has been the best running back we had in a long time;RenoRaiders75 wrote: Fri Dec 05, 2025 7:08 am The accident with Ruggs really messed us up, it was a spiral after that. While I think the gruden train left the station. And it was really time for it. I also think he would be better than Pete has been. But he can under no c circumstances have input into the roster except giving his opinion. Then the gm knows who to avoid

I tweeted this to every member of the team before the Bears game and they came within a blocked FG of winning.LayneStaley wrote: Fri Dec 05, 2025 12:49 pm Say what you will about Gruden but I think we could use some of this from whoever the coach is.

Gruden regime is the reason the Raiders are in the predicament they are in. His draft picks were bad ? lol that's an understatement. Pissed away 3 years of draft picks, not to mention all the stupid trades that netted nothing.SuperRaider wrote: Fri Dec 05, 2025 1:28 pm Yeah Ruggs was a killer; he was just starting to open up and play like an all-pro for Gruden and then he had that accident that changed his life….think Gruden have took the team to playoffs that year if he was HC; I know the team still made the playoffs; but it would have been on Gruden watch……I know his draft pick were bad; but he found hidden gems like Darren Waller….the truth is; at least Gruden gave you a football game and the players did play hard for him; and look at Josh Jacob; Gruden drafted the guy for the raiders and he has been the best running back we had in a long time;
