2026 NFL Schedule and early leaks
The NFL will reveal the full schedule for the 2026 season on Thursday night, but they have announced one marquee Week 1 game on Monday.
The first Sunday Night Football matchup of the season will see the Cowboys at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey to face the Giants on NBC on September 13. It will be the eighth time in 15 seasons that the two NFC East clubs have faced each other in Week 1.

They like to limit travel for preseason. We play a lot of regional teams this year.Rabidraider wrote: Fri May 15, 2026 5:31 am We play two of our preseason games vs teams we will play during the season.
That seems odd.

I'm glad we don't have any prime time games. I think we'll be better this year but the entirety of the NFL fanbase has been made to suffer by having to watch us play over the last 20+ years.
If we get better without the spotlight on us, that's fine with me.

They usually give us a token week one prime game while we still have hope.

Same boat, but for a different reason. Other than Sunday night games, a prime time game comes with a short week. Mendoza does not need that on his plate his first year. And the microscope that comes with a prime time game is not something that interests me.Opoponax50 wrote: Fri May 15, 2026 7:52 am I'm glad we don't have any prime time games. I’m fine with no spotlight as well.
A lot of moving parts this year is our biggest challenge IMO.
There are some advantages to this.

Why should primetime games matter? If youre a Raider fan, you are watching them whenever they play. Why should a Raider fan care that fans of other teams have to watch them when there is no other game to watch?

Contact powskiI remember when we were extra good on Mondays. Thats been awhile. I want the minimum # of prime games. On Sunday afternoon I want Raiders playing.
Thursday night games are a bad idea.

well, not every Raider fan lives out west... and with no prime-time games, unless you are paying for Sunday Ticket, your chances of watching the Raiders play diminish greatly... unless of course you want to watch some shitty stream somewhere.Cruisin with Tooz wrote: Fri May 15, 2026 11:18 am Why should primetime games matter? its inconsequential. but a number one overall selected QB not having a single televised game is laughable... that doesn't happen.

If you live in Southern California you'll get two Raiders games . . . . . . when they play the Chargers. One more if they play the Rams.riseNraid09 wrote: Fri May 15, 2026 12:06 pm well, not every Raider fan lives out west... and with no prime-time games, unless you are paying for Sunday Ticket, your chances of watching the Raiders play diminish greatly... unless of course you want to watch some shitty stream somewhere.

two games? that's absurd. this is the most promising Raiders team to take the field in a decade.RickRyb wrote: Fri May 15, 2026 12:11 pm If you live in Southern California you'll get two Raiders games . . . . . . when they play the Chargers. One more if they play the Rams.

That's the only games that are "guaranteed" because LA gets the Chargers and Rams games.riseNraid09 wrote: Fri May 15, 2026 12:30 pm two games? that's absurd. this is the most promising Raiders team to take the field in a decade.

Also, every stream I watch is in clear HD straight from the source
