Don't think it's a fit for Mendoza who is probably more of a WCO quarterback.Sold My Soul wrote: Mon Jan 12, 2026 3:56 pm Bring in Kingsbury for an interview. He knows how to work with a young QB.

It's just updated once a day though, and this one from yesterday is already stale...... today's will have plenty of updates, especially now that all the wildcard coaches can take interviews this week.
Interesting, with the exception of Stefanski our interviews mirror the Ravens. My hunch tells me they want Kubiak. We have the young RB that he will want, one of, if not the best TE in the league and now likely a young quarterback that he can mentor and have him grow into his system.

I'm curious too... John H as head coach, Gruden as OC... Harbaugh would probably pull the best DC off the market too.eastcoast128 wrote: Mon Jan 12, 2026 5:04 pm If Gruden’s ego would take it, he’d make an outstanding OC… keep him away from player personnel, draft picks, the def and the microphone as much as possible.
Harbough was referred to as a CEO head coach. He relies on OC Todd Monkin and DC Zach Orr. Stories in Balt circulating ownership wanted him back if he was willing to move on from both coordinators. He refused and the owner cut bait.
All I know is people on X were saying something about Gruden coming back to coach the Raiders, and he (Gruden) replied with that "raiders flag gif" to the person. I think he might have deleted it. But I saw the screenshot. And there was another post about John Harbaugh in the reply.

Kubiak is still my #1 choice.16 to 88 wrote: Mon Jan 12, 2026 9:13 pm High Five.

Maybe we hire Webb as the OC and groom him to be a great HC down the line.
DC would be great to get Raheem Morris or someone of that caliber

And the subsequent years after that? Take your obvious Gruden bias out of itSold My Soul wrote: Mon Jan 12, 2026 8:12 pm Mark has farmed out everything since he became owner. He wouldn't know his ass from a chicken wing stuck in his mouth.
Gru and Allen after winning a SB started the year 9-3 before collapsing and finishing with a 9-7 season ....
Wow. Win a SB Athen cut bate after a 9-7 season.
Lie to me and say you would hate a 9-7 season.
LMAO.....
Don't be a Gruden hater.....![]()
Do you all think we need a veteran DC, possibly with HC experience if we go young up and coming offensive minded for HC?
Or do we roll the dice on a young staff that can grow together? I worry no established DC will come here with the awful defensive roster.
Offense has way more talent to build around. (Assuming we do the obvious thing at #1.)

Like Harbaugh, I don’t want him. Smart teams are moving away from CEO head coaches. Only CEO head coach that’s working in the league right now is Vrabel. And that’s because he bends with subs and fouls to maximise his chances unlike any other HC in the league.

You guys are so funny. He will be interviewed I imagine if fired. Doesnt mean he will be hired. Hes not my choice either for this team.
But my post was more alluding to the fact hes going to get fired.

Dan Quinn and Dan Campbell took over play calling, but they started off the year not and are looking for coordinators. Jim Harbaugh is a CEO. Success comes in many different waysWolfRaider wrote: Tue Jan 13, 2026 3:01 am Like Harbaugh, I don’t want him. Smart teams are moving away from CEO head coaches. I don't think Tomlin gets fired, but I can see him leaving the Steelers. Sometimes it's just time.
