2011 Al dies. Hue takes over at GM and remands HC under *Mark.
2012 Mark hires McKenzie who hired DA. DA fired in 2014
2015 *Mark hires JDR as they spoke together on the field after a Denver game.
2018 *Mark hired Gruden no doubt.
2022 Mark hired Mc/Z together no doubt.
2024 *Mark alows Pierce to remain HC and brought in Telesco.
2025 *Mark hired Spytek and Pete Carroll.

In my opinion, Mark hired every HC except DA.

Coaching was the only thing he did almost reasonably well.

I'm with pretty much all of that but Brady hired Spytek.

In 2025 Mark leaned heavily in Brady who thought he was omnipotent enough in NFL universe to hire Ben Johnson and didn't look at any other candidates. He also tried to be sly with meeting and recruiting Matthew Stafford at a ski resort--he was going try to pair them up and when plan A fell through he took the leftovers in which the case was Pete Carrol and Geno.

The good thing about Brady though is he is a quick learner and a smart guy and realizes now he needs to let Spytek do a thorough head coach search as Raiders, for once in a blue moon, have an incoming precious commodity that not only can attract a talented coach but also needs the right coaching and staff to develop and be successful. In other words Brady doesn't want to f[raiders_icon]ck this up, and I highly doubt he or Spytek will be leaning on Mark for any coaching hire input--other than a nod of approval on the decision.
