John Harbaugh ten years ago? Most definitely. Now? No. Not that he's a bad coach, far from it. But like us not drafting QBs we need to get off the old, over the hill coach treadmill. Gruden and Caroll fit that for different reasons.

The more I think of Flores he's got Josh McDaniels vibes. I think he'd be a great DC, but as a HC? No again. Add ijn the lawsuit? This or needs less distractions, not more.

The more I think about it Stephanski makes the most sense. Hell, two-time Coach of the Year on the Browns? Only thing that would make it more impressive is if he did it with the Raiders.

That's my choice especially if he could bring Scwartz with him as DC

They'll sign him to an additional 4yr extension after he goes 9-8 the first season.

The very FIRST THING the Raiders HAVE TO DO is get rid of that f[raiders_icon]cking fake candle in Allegiant. Enough all ready with that bullshit, its at the same level as burying a football. Put up a statue of AD in the front of the stadium like ever other football org does, Halas in Chicago, Lombardi in Green Bay, etc. and call it a f[raiders_icon]cking day. He was putting Meyer’s name forward as a guy whose leadership skills, etc, didn’t translate to the NFL. Definitely wasn’t suggesting him as a possible hire.
