Dont sleep on Saleh..he's interviewing with the Cardinals and they don't have a plan at QB other than Murray who many expect them to cut ties with

Remember: Stefanski is the reason Baker Mayfield is playing in Tampa. Stefanski had a premere RB tandem in Chubb and Hunt and decided it was no longer a good idea to run the ball, even though no one could figure out why. Stefanski has made some serious boneheaded, in game decisions that cost them games.
I know he's liked around the league and by his players, but I'm just not sold on him for the Raiders. If it were to be him, I'd get behind him and support him. I suppose we could do worse...... and have.

He can lead a team, I think I’d rather have Kubiak but Harbaugh works

I’m sorry but you don’t put your neck out there with hiring a coach the browns just fired.
The optics are insane. No thank you.

Absolutely Yes, ill take the 4 years 72M from the Raiders. And the following 4 year deal would be even more.Attyla wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 11:29 am At 64 years old, are you walking on a 93M dollar deal? To come to the Raiders?

This roster is lacking regardless of which coach we hire.. its the GM's job to get the roster where it needs to be. Are you suggesting we dont get the best coach we can if our roster still needs work ?

John Harbaugh ten years ago? Most definitely. Now? No. Not that he's a bad coach, far from it. But like us not drafting QBs we need to get off the old, over the hill coach treadmill. Gruden and Caroll fit that for different reasons.
The more I think of Flores he's got Josh McDaniels vibes. I think he'd be a great DC, but as a HC? No again. Add ijn the lawsuit? This or needs less distractions, not more.
The more I think about it Stephanski makes the most sense. Hell, two-time Coach of the Year on the Browns? Only thing that would make it more impressive is if he did it with the Raiders.

I'll help you out - it was a quarter of a century ago.RaiderFan1 wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 5:57 pm Absolutely Yes, ill take the 4 years 72M from the Raiders.
