I understand the questioning of 2 meaningless wins to drop to 6 in the draft.

Something to consider is AP was feeling the heat and wanted to get a win or 2 regardless.

If there was a group of QBs with May, Daniels, Williams and the other, I have to believe Mark and Brady would have forced AP to play Ridder and Bradley to evaluate them.

Ward and Sanders will get overdrafted and we may miss out on them. But we should not be surprised if Dart, Howard or the others turn out to be as good or better.
It didn't even have to be for the QB, just having the top pick is pretty valuable in any year. Also consider the value at having the first pick on day 2, that pick is always extremely valuable, as is first pick of day 3 (when teams have time to set their boards and fall in love with someone).

Let's just say we didn’t win those games and stayed with the first pick. If we decided to trade back, the picks we would get in exchange for the #1 pick would be enormous.

Trade me."? Or Pete decides to give us a pass and we end up hiring Saleh instead?

Nothing happens in a vacuum.

It's all what ifs.

Carroll did his best work with a powerful rushing attack (Lynch) and a QB taking care of the ball. When Wilson wanted to throw it more and Carroll dif so they started losing more.

Russ will turn 37 this season. How many QBs that age are good or even stay healthy?

Please avoid signing this man.

Any one hear about dates/times for press conferences?

I hope they dont do the stupid shit of pulling the Lombardi's out, say all the played slogans "just win baby", all the I have always been a Raider fan from afar bullshit.

I dont even feel like those trophies belong to the Las Vegas Raiders. They belong to the Oakland and LA Raiders. They should be hidden until LV Raiders at least win a playoff game.

Just my opinion.

Just come out introduce yourself and go get to work. Im tired of all the rhetoric and dog and pony shows.

https://www.reddit.com/r/Seahawks/s/YYKBvQithm
Soooo.... good culture guy and prefers his OC to dreadfully "run, run, pass" (then punt).

Welp, if it were not for his good career winning percentage of .586, I'd be questioning this hire as a 2 for the price of one (AP and McDaniels rolled up in one).

With a rookie QB, Back up QB, or Vet QB on the wrong side of being productive, this year is looks to be a bumpy one.

p caroll may finally be the coach that says, '3 superbowls were nice, but we're turning the page and taking all that shit off the wall...we've got to earn our way back to greatness again, no living off past glory'...it's what we want to hear, but likely won't
