I think Pete is the right hire for this organization at this time. Hopefully Pete will build up the culture and make us respectable and we can target a young hot shot in a few years when hes ready to retire.

I just hope this doesn't usher the return of Tom Cable. But I'm on board with Pete. He's a culture builder and we desperately need that

AFC West is the titans of coaching. Hoping Pete can build something lasting here. Carroll + Spytek is interesting

Sweet. The OC hire will be a key move. I want Rob Leonard as DC - I think Carroll is the perfect head coach for him to start his DC career with.

He is the smartest football mind wr have had for a long time. The culture of this team isn't strong enough to withstand a person that hasn't been a coach. Hopefully he gets us back to playoffs and gets this team on a good path and then we can get a new offensive minded coach. Now who do you think he wants as our QB?
