Oh yeah- there’s a game today. I almost forgot. Unfortunately I think we lower our draft picks and win one in a squeaker. Gino will have his best game since game #1. Yes a contrarian feeling. I think we might see a rookie offensive lineman or two play also. What can that hurt at this point? Raider 20 Browns 17.

I am playing golf so will check it out when I get home.

We draft a QB. This staff will be gone anyway. I mean I've been and will continue to be a broken record. You all want change? Get your franchise QB. You will see things fall into place.

You really think this crew won't f**k up the draft?
Wake up, little Susie, wake up.

I don't expect this crew to be here Kin. None of them. Except Spytek.

Gruden was a WCO guy.
McDaniels was Erhardt-Perkins
I don't remember WTF Antonio Brown was trying to do offensively
Pete Carroll coached teams were typically run heavy WCO but Chip Kelly seems to mind fck himself every Sunday so I do not know WTF he is trying to do either.

So with the turnover of coaching staff comes different philosophies that may or may not mesh with players on the roster.

Basically we are the island of misfit toys.

I bought one for our 2001 Mazda Tribute last year and last month for our 2017 Ford Fusion, Got both from Wal-Mart.

Not what I expect, but it is what I hope.

A business owner mantra is slow to hire quick to fire. When you see something as a detriment it rarely gets better. I’m all for giving a coach time. As much as I yell it during the games I wouldn’t fire anyone else in season. This staff has done nothing to instill confidence they can correct any issue this team has.
They inherited a 4 win team with. No qb and a very bad oline and 1 star on defense. Gotta give em time to build a team or they can hire yet another coach, go in a different direction and turn the roster over yet again.

No stability in coaching is the Raiders #1 problem since 2000.

This is the problem.
25 yrs ÷ 15 HCs = a new HC every 1.6 years.

They don't develop teams under one vision.

Carroll 2025
Pierce
McDaniels
Bisaccia
Gruden
JDR
Sparano
DA
Hue
Cable
Kiffin
Shell
Norv
Callahan

I agree 100 %

But it is obvious that the coaches we have in place can not change the future of this team.
We have to start over.
And what we have now is not the leaders we need to change the direction we are in.
There is no obvious attitude to this team, No will, no spirit to win.
Regardless of talent, a good coach and team will show a will to win and compete to the end.
This team has given up.
That is 100% on the coaches and ownership.
That has to change

Cappa playing Center and then getting plowed through was awesome. What’s the hard on for Cappa about?

When JPJ gets injured then they decide to try other guys at center. The o-line coach should have to answer for that.

He didn't. The guy was one Isiah Bond slip away from throwing for 2 TDs with 200 yards passing in his very first game.
