She was Much Prettier BEFORE the surgeries.
And yes, I've seen her topless with her teenage natural breasts. As much as I LOVE Pam (at Any age) ... I wish she would have stayed with what God gave her.

But I looked at a lot of pics of her and even the post surgery pics when she was young are not as cute as pre-surgery
