Raiders Visit NJ to Take On the Jets - Game Day Thread
Weather is supposed to be pleasant, with the temperature at 62 degrees with lots of sun.
Spread is Raiders -1.5 and the over/under is 45.5
On tap today, it is really finally chili weather with crusty bread and I will be making a dirty chai martini batch for the wife and I to enjoy
Enjoy the games on tap today fellas

Halftime sober analysis:
Jets running backs often untouched for first 3-7 yards. Where is the dline?
Geno has time to do a crossword puzzle before throwing the ball. Where is the pass rush?
Tush push bets zero gain. Ouch
Both lines getting curbstomped.
Congrats to Bowers with another freak one handed catch.
Congrats to Laube for taking one to the house
Let’s see what the second half brings

The way they have been playing lately if they replayed the games against the first 3 teams I don't know if the raiders would win those gamesReno Hightower wrote: Sun Nov 01, 2026 11:26 am I hate to say this after such a promising start but a loss to today pretty much ends the competitive phase of this season for the Raiders.

Giving up 7 ypc I'd ALL TIME bad. Can't wait to see crawford and paye at edge next year. Add a rookie NT and you're good to go.

And magically the personnel didn’t improve. Let me know when Spytek is fired for sucking at his joberickench wrote: Sun Nov 01, 2026 11:27 am They fired Chip Kelly and Luke Getsy in midseason. We should do the same for Leonard. GET RID OF HIM NOW!!!!

I've been following the Raiders since 1972. They were a real powerhouse during the 70s.Raidersman321 wrote: Sun Nov 01, 2026 11:25 am Yall ever wonder how happy we'd be if we grew up rooting for a different team? Like I can't ever see myself being a fan of a different franchise but damn do I wonder about our mental state if we grew up as Packers fans or some shit.

I just watched the steelers do a tush push with one of their tightends. maybe raiders need to do the same. steelers scored td on that play while rodgers stood 5 yards back and watched

I neither like or dislike Spytek atm, but he certainly shouldn’t be feeling too comfortable. Having said that, none of us truly know how much say he had in last years draft with Pete Carol supposedly having a great deal of power and say. Both lines appear to need total dismantling though and that will take more than one season sadly. I hope the next half of the season makes a fool out of me though.Sloth_Fratelli wrote: Sun Nov 01, 2026 11:29 am And magically the personnel didn’t improve. I agree about Carroll but I wish they had gone trenches more in this year's draftXramfan wrote: Sun Nov 01, 2026 11:35 am I neither like or dislike Spytek atm, but he certainly shouldn’t be feeling too comfortable. If we can't stop the run we won't win another game.
Ashton Jeanty has become Mike Washington just a decoy for PA.

I've been a fan since '92. Think I've seen six double-digit win seasons. That's horrible.erickench wrote: Sun Nov 01, 2026 11:30 am I've been following the Raiders since 1972. They were a real powerhouse during the 70s.

Washington is just so much more effective than Jeanty right now.
