Thank God the lambs weren't at full strength lol, I'm 100% behind KK, but Leonard is going to have to make some positive changes before the end of the season, and we just don't have many elite players, and our depth is nonexistent...for instance Eichenburg couldn't get playing time on the Dolphins squad! I'm done with the Cousins experiment...it's time to throw Mendo into the fray. And last but not least we need to offload Crosby while we can get a return...I'm tired of watching him run around flailing his arms around like a wounded goose!

I agree. Of course in order to do that you have to a personnel department that can identify talent. Zero excuses that this organization can’t get someone with the resources they have now. Find me a football Andrew FriedmanMWRaider wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 4:55 pm I just watched a little portion of the first half. From what I saw, the Raiders need to go out and get better players. And a lot of them.

Cousin's had open lanes a few times this game and did nothing with them. He wasn't the only problem today but his lack of mobility hurt.

Jets West
Has been and always will be until Davis relinquishes control in some capacity
My fault with Coach is, after 6 weeks you should know who can play and who cannot
The cannot’s take a seat and try try again
GM needs to rid this team of the deadweight to include Crosby
It’s a disaster and disappointment to say the least

I believe it's really that simple.MWRaider wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 4:55 pm I just watched a little portion of the first half. From what I saw, the Raiders need to go out and get better players. And a lot of them.

I didnt say that did I? I said his seat needs to be warm. (I typed that slower this time.)Sloth_Fratelli wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 4:56 pm 6 games into a season & we need to fire the coach? You really think Leonard coached Stukes to stare in the backfield & let the TE run by him at the goal line for a touchdown?
Reid couldn’t win a game w/o Mahomes last year. Two of our former general managers are in the personnel department of the worst team in the league.
So guess what i am sick of these 2 dummy owners scapegoating coaches. Therefore get rid of Brady’s boy & let Klint use his connections to find his own GM since he’s gonna be more valuable than the 2 idiots screwing up the organization.
Oh and fu** Mark & Brady
You think 6 games into the season the D as a whole should come out flat and looking very confused? OK

What did Kubiak say at the very beginning of the season? We need to be able to run the ball and stop the run. Neither of which happened today and we are darn near last in the league in both those.

Biggest problem from the start? D line! Shredded from the start till the end and left Matthew Stafford on the field virtually untouched. Rams? 199 rushing, Stafford 23-29 - 195 yds. 3 TDs. 28pts. on the board quickly meant don't bother to run the ball especially when you haven't all year. We have players we acquired in the off season that could be busts. I'm having flashbacks to the Carr days where we needed at least 30 pts. to have a chance, here we go again. The plan for O coordinators? take away Crosby, everyone else on the line is no problem. It may be too early to talk about Rob Leonard but lately he has no answers as the D continues to give it up!

Again how is it Leonard’s fault on that the touchdown I referenced that Stukes is staring in the backfield not doing anything? This roster sucks & it starts with Brady’s boyXramfan wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 5:17 pm I didnt say that did I? I said his seat needs to be warm. (I typed that slower this time.)

The GM is a ln imbecile & the only reason he got this job is cuz he was Brady’s boy. There was zero reason to can an experienced GM for this moron but Brady is a narcissistic d-bag who wants to play fantasy owner.raiders72 wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 5:04 pm Jets West

Mark is a moron but Brady has zero business making football decisions. All this was mentioned when Mark brought that jack hole into the organization. All major sports are littered with HOF players that completely suck as personnel/coaches yet since Mark is smitten with Brady he thinks he knows everything about football.
We will only change when we get an owner who has a functional brain & not just plays fan boy.
Send Spytek to Tennessee with those other 2 losers Mark had to hire.

First thing you notice is the difference in line play. Every time they ran the ball the RB has 3 yards to pick a lane. We run the ball and half the D-line is in the backfield.
Offensively, it looks like we’ve been figured out. Stop the run, bracket bowers, play tight on everything else. Tucker might burn you once or twice but that’s about it. And you can pretty well have your entire defence with their back to Kirk and still have zero risk of him hurting you with his legs.
Defensively…. It just looks so vanilla. Maxx is getting doubled almost constantly. The interior rush is almost non existent. The secondary is awful.
Just an ugly game. I’d say the jets were a game I had pencilled in for a win but now… not so sure.

It ain't getting any easier except for maybe the Jets.
My guess is that Kubiak wants to keep Mendoza on the bench until the season is lost. IMO, I think next week is the game he needs to start his career. We and the Jets suck, so bite the bullet and let's do or die with the kid. We can't wait until we have an easy schedule to put him on the field.
I don't think much of this is Cousin's fault. We have no running game and our O-line blows. The only thing that's going to mitigate those things in any way is a QB that can keep drives alive with his feet and make plays on the run.

I seen that as well. When they run the ball our line gets pushed back 2 yards. When we run the ball our oline gets pushed back.Hard to have a consistent running game when you get no push.Same thing on the def sideraiders93 wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 5:42 pm First thing you notice is the difference in line play.
