1. This was an uneven at best performance on both sides of the ball, and the Offense and the Defense did not look ready to play the entire first half.
2. Kubiak. I want him as coach, he's got a good offensive mind. At the same time opening the game with run up the gut? And then on (nearly) every offensive possession running right up the middle isn't helping matters. I get he wants to establish the run, but when its not there and he keeps forcing it?
3. Nailor, what a disappointment. He's barely out there and when he is he can't hold on.
4. Burford. Holy crap is he bad. He was getting man-handled out there.
IMO lots of issues but at the same time there are glimpses of what Kubiak wants to accomplish. Add to this and Vilma said it on the broadcast: our schedule is not doing us any favors and really wont for the rest of the year. There is nothing we can do about that and play hard.
In general? Not happy about the loss. I suspect we're all in the same boat with that. I don't know what to make of today, right from the first snap they were off.

Defense is ass and Leonard’s seat should be very warm by now.
Yes they had some plays in the second half but far and few between. They came out completely flat and looking very lost. That isn’t acceptable week 7 play.
Offense similar. As stated in the game thread, Cousins looking very exposed and is hurting the Raiders at this point. He is no threat to move or run and it’s really showing now. Time for Mendo as defenses will have to change the way they approach the Raiders with him and that may well open up the running game a little and help the WRs.

Yep a lot of us are saying the same thing on that one. It was almost as if they were surprised with what the Rams were doing on Offense.Xramfan wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 4:47 pm They came out completely flat and looking very lost. That isn’t acceptable week 7 play.

Team $hit the bed plain and simple.....We are simply no match talent wise for "legit" teams and the offense has no chance to get creative and manufacture points with Cousins at QB.
The defense plays like ass for long periods and although I like some of the young talent and Chinn in the secondary overall we are down on talent overall....Dean has played great at LBer but Walker has been a disappointment imo...........Crosby made zero impact again today,if a team comes calling with a big offer ship his ass out.

I wish we'd see more of Mendoza in the second half when the game is out of reach. Seemed like a prime opportunity to get him playing time.

Yes, Cousins can't run but his play overall isn't the issue. The fact that our guards are getting pushed into the backfield whether its a pass or run is far more impactful IMO.

I just watched a little portion of the first half. From what I saw, the Raiders need to go out and get better players. And a lot of them.

6 games into a season & we need to fire the coach? You really think Leonard coached Stukes to stare in the backfield & let the TE run by him at the goal line for a touchdown?Xramfan wrote: Sun Oct 25, 2026 4:47 pm Defense is ass and Leonard’s seat should be very warm by now.

Reid couldn’t win a game w/o Mahomes last year. Two of our former general managers are in the personnel department of the worst team in the league.
So guess what i am sick of these 2 dummy owners scapegoating coaches. Therefore get rid of Brady’s boy & let Klint use his connections to find his own GM since he’s gonna be more valuable than the 2 idiots screwing up the organization.
Oh and fu** Mark & Brady

Cousins isn't the problem, but he also isn't the solution. The positive from this game is that we are one game closer to seeing Mendoza out there. Nothing against Cousins, but we have to look to the future.
