No clue where to post some stuff not necessarily team related but could be? Feel free to delete if this belongs somewhere else.

Maxx and Parsons would be nasty. I probably wouldn’t pay the price though.

MHJ can be a solid player and red zone and 3rd down contributor if he works hard but I dont know how anyone can watch him and think hes a #1 WR or difference maker

In the wake of three consecutive losses, at least we can enjoy this:

The offseason was filled with mediots saying that McDaniel was going to save the Chargers' offense and save Hebert, and here we are. There is speculation that they'll turn to Adam Gase, who managed to turn letting Peyton Manning run an offense into two failed HC jobs.

I agree. I'll take a legit 6'4" receiver all day... Mendoza and Becker with that Indiana connection!

side note, I just peeped tankathon right before posting this, and they edited their mock and actually have the Falcons stealing Becker the pick right before us -___-

and, with that said, they have us taking yet another corner. I honestly feel that our first round pick HAS to be used on a WR or DT, but that's just me. I realize that these current mocks are meaningless and obviously it will all depend on how the order shakes out.

We can always get Duce Robinson if Becker isn't there.

I've never seen him play, but I noticed that dude is f[raiders_icon]cking 6'6"...

he's kinda low among WRs on the big board. huge gap between him and Becker. I bring this up because we need someone who can truly be a number one.

If Becker isn't there maybe go DL or OL.

DT Will Echoles
OT Carter Smith (could play guard until he needs to take over for Miller)

Trust me, Duce Robinson is a number one. Like Luther Burden, Egbuka and Boston, I think he'll be a sleeper pick that ends up being really good.

Its a weird hire to begin with. His & Jim's offensive philosophies are polar opposites and they really don't have the players to run McDaniel's system
I still think McDaniel is a very good oc, sometimes it just doesn't work out & you need to move on. This may be one of those times

riseNraid09 wrote: Mon Oct 19, 2026 3:18 pm as it stands, Tankathon has them taking Jeremiah Smith first overall... I really don't want to see a rival AFC West team having the opportunity to draft him. at the same time, if that were to happen, the Charger fans would be out again claiming, "this is the year for Justin Herbert!" lol.
Then so be it. Is it ideal for a divisional team to get a potential HoF superstar player? Obviously not. But you can't sit around and worry about what player is going where

... yeah bro, I realize that, lol. that's not what is happening.

your choice of words were, "sit around and worry" ... bit of an exaggeration, no? I merely shared a thought.

How quickly things change, the Chargers who every year are always the media darling pick to go to the superbowl
Harbaugh was brought in as the savior, the one to bring them to the promised land.
Fast forward, their Offensive coordinator is probably getting fired
There's rumblings that Harbaugh is on the hot seat and they might part ways with him.
Herbert is now the subject of trade rumours

I lived in San Diego for years and developed a hatred for the Chargers and their fans and can confidently say no fan base hates the Raiders more than Charger fans.
So watching them implode and knowing the Raiders are on the rise is a beautiful thing.

They might not need to fire Harbaugh, he might step away for personal reasons...... other than Michigan, he's never stayed anywhere too long and I can see him just giving up on Herbert and the Chargers.
