Nothing I would not want him for anything close to what they are asking. I don't see us wanting any part of him. Doesn't seem like the king of player Kubiak would want to deal with

I would give up a second with no hesitation.
We drafted Jack Bech with our second-round pick, he's barely played in 20 games. Having MHJ instead of Bech is a no-brainer.
All this analyzing people are doing about MHjr as a person is weirdo behavior. All I care about is what he can do on the field. His career stats easily make him the best WR on the Raiders by far. MHjr and Brock getting 1000+ with Mayer and Jeanty getting 500-750, would make us a playoff contender.

Use a first on a guy who is not someone else's problem. Will not block, cannot handle off coverage and other than straight line speed he is a wasteFLORIDARAYDAH wrote: Sat Oct 10, 2026 3:11 pm Nothing I would not want him for anything close to what they are asking. Adams and Moss are/were notorious for selling run plays by jogging. Jefferson, and Chase don't block well either. This is common for WR1's historically. Even Rice was guilty of this at times.Attyla wrote: Sat Oct 10, 2026 3:25 pm Use a first on a guy who is not someone else's problem. Tim Brown and Terrell Owens were the rare exceptions that didn't low-effort their blocking assignments.
MHjr is a monster waiting to be unleashed. Whoever gets him with greatly benefit.

5th turns into a conditional 4th if he catches 50 balls, 8 of them TDs.

A 3rd day pick. Lazy, lacks top end speed and considering his privileged background, might not have the dog in him some other guys in the league have. Not sure we need a play like that right now

Sounds about right, but it would give me the bubble-guts. Thankfully we don’t even need to worry about it. I can’t imagine Coach K would ever want a guy that loafs/sulks. Whether he’s just doing it to get traded or not.raiderjohn wrote: Sat Oct 10, 2026 3:57 pm 5th turns into a conditional 4th if he catches 50 balls, 8 of them TDs.
