All this speculation & It is quite simple the Allegiant is the No.2 grossing stadium in the world for concerts & entertainment revenue
A new stadium in a highly desirable destination where money flows was always gonna work in our favour
I mean 281 mil gross last year just from entertainment revenue which is just going to increase more & more, the best thing is the NFL can’t touch a penny of that
