IMO, the vitriol directed at PC is misguided to a degree. I mean it's not his fault if the game had already passed him by. I believe that whatever disdain some may have for him should instead be directed towards the people who were complicit in hiring him in the first place.

I never bought in to something being absolute shit creating something good..just me;) PC has nothing to do with the future of the Raiders or how they get there! He will always be a POS just like McDaniels in my book.

yes, that was also a huge mistake. Stubbornly sticking with certain players and shunning the youngsters, not to mention appointing his inept Son as the OL line coach.

Hence the point I made. The fact that last year was a disaster is not exactly news, we all know that.

And one of the people who was also on board with hiring him was Spytek, and Brady too I believe.

I was stoked at the hire. Thought he still had it. I was wrong.

We were at the bottom of a swirling Toilet bowl & no coach wanted to come to that...that was worth a shit! So Spytek & Brady had to pick someone & there we have it another f[raiders_icon]cking year Wasted!!! So no the Vitriol at PC was well deserved...he sucked & was on an ego trip!!

Mark's opinion weighed heavily on the ultimate decision to hire Carroll. But in retrospect, would you rather the Raiders hire someone else as coach and lead the Raiders to a 4th win, get fired at season's end, and deprive us of Mendoza?

You seem to be very upset about something that happened last year...not sure why, but whatever.

No, actually, it appears they were hired on or about the same day. But reportedly, Spytek was asked to sign off on he hiring of Pete.

Yea anything would have been better than PC maybe a young an upcoming coach from Anywhere lol, but you seem to be cool with wasting year after year..not me an yea I'm upset with the last 25 f[raiders_icon]cking years so is it now taboo to talk about, I'm not a Homer that gives this team Slack until I see IMPROVEMENT they will be shit in my book :100:
