Hey, I know it comes from the disco era but I still think it's a good tune...I especially like when the female backup singers throw their harmony into it.

I used to listen to a lot of Foghat in the 70's...underrated band. Fool For The City was a good album.

Not sure but starting at the 4:37 mark of Slow Ride, it always sounded to me like someone is toking on a joint and then exhaling using a phase shifter of something.

I'm a huge GFR fan. I can't tell you how disappointed I was with this album when it came out. I was in 8th grade...lol. Other than the title track, I hated it! I've softened on it a bit but, to me, that was when GFR turned into a pussy band.
