After the FA announcements on Mon some of us were wondering what this team would look like with Maxx on that defense. Maybe Maxx was wondering too.

The sting of missing out on 2 1st round picks hurts, but with draft picks it is still a crap shoot.

All is not lost if Maxx is on the 26 Raiders and is pissed....He is always motivated....A Pissed Off Motivated Maxx could lead to his best year ever.

Exactly, strip them of their 1st and 3rd this year. To many moving parts were involved with this. That will make them think twice about these lazy ass cockeyed shenanigans. In addition, what is the Legal Tampering period for, the Ravens see Hendrickson go 24 hours without a deal. Then renege on it to save 2 first rounders. Get rid of the Tampering period. If there is anything about FAs, trades before the New League Year, teams should be stripped of a draft pick.

At the end of the day this reflects more on the Ravens as it’s rare for teams to back out of big trades like this. It’s on the rest of the league to tread cautiously when dealing with unethical organizations like the Ravens.

Absolutely spot on. It is up to the rest of the teams at this point, nothing the league can do to the Ravens. I know it’s a pipe dream, but it sure would be nice to have all teams not answer the phone when they call for at least a couple years to make a point that this behavior is unacceptable, unethical and unprofessional.
