Crosby+Dean+Walker+Paye > Hendrickson and the picks. Money might be tight, but I don't think it's something Raider fans should be that upset about. A trade can still be made. But Maxx can also realize that we were right for shutting him down and are a way better team than we were 5 days ago.

We're honoring our deals...... I'm not concerned with that. I think the question was whether Linderbaum would honor it. I would hope so - and agents have a lot to lose if they don't honor a deal made prior to the start of the league year so I suspect that the Linderbaum contract will get finalized today.

100 percent, they saw they could just sign Trey and keep their picks. Trey is not passing a physical any easier than Max would have. The medical excuse is such crap.

Ravens are screwed if they think anyone will ever deal with them again. That includes a lot of agents.

I know a lot of people are on the "get whatever you can in trade" plan, but I say just keep Maxx and let him wreak havoc with a better cast of supporting characters. If another huge trade offer comes along before the season or at the deadline, then you listen. If not, just be a better team with Maxx. Losing this trade is not a major loss.

This isn't a person walking into a car dealership and making an emotional purchase that they end up regretting. This is the NFL. You don't make agreements with other organizations and back out because you got cold feet. It clearly shows the Ravens aren't nearly as well prepared and organized as many seem to think as this reeks of incompetence.
