Kubiac isn't the coach yet. It looks 99% like he will be, but this is the Raiders..... I will always kind of expect the 1% until I see it with my own eyes.

He's said, many times, that he never wants to be a coach. Doesn't want to put in the hours.

I think all we have to do is change his role to OL/Assistant HC and he can leave.
