This is why I am leaning toward Webb. He already coaches a system that Mendoza will do well in.

Its such a tough decision to make.. Mendoza would do good in Webbs west coast system and Kubiaks (shanahans) system. But im leaning webb because we hear hes a good teacher and his leadership qualities, where Kubiak and Mcdaniels are quirky weirdos that may have issues with A team as a head coach..... But we dont get to interview so we going off hearsay.

I believe Klay Kubiak withdrew from all head coaching jobs and will stay with the niners. Klint Kubiak is the OC for seahawks, and i havent heard he withdrew from the Raiders.

Rumour going around that he did not want the Raiders HC job….truth is that the Raiders are probably the worst NFL team to go to right now; as the HC is not really given a chance to really rebuild the team; I mean if you go 3-14 in 2026; you probably going to get fired….

One thing I find strange is that Raiders have not ask the Bills ex HC for interview…

I am good with Klint od Davis. I think those were the main targets and maybe Minter, so we are getting our value. I won't hate on either. I am glad its not Pete anything but Pete. I would hire the homeless man from the corner before Pete.

Is there an example of a HC who got fired after a failed first HC attempt, got another HC job in the following cycle, and had success? I can't think of any, but I haven't really tried that hard either.
