Im probably in the minority but he's near the top of my list. Im not as enamored with Kubiak as others are. All candidates this cycle have their faults as there's no clear cut top candidate like last year

I like the way McDaniel handles the press, especially how he addresses dumb questions...kinda like Bill Parcels.

With that in mind, his overall intelligence should be considered when evaluating/hiring a HC or OC.

Flores’ situation is kind of the same, he’s extended in Minnesota but can still take the HC job in a couple of places should he be offered it.

Maybe not in that exact order, but pert near. Kubiak is my first choice and the only one I’d truly be ecstatic about hiring. The others I wouldn’t be mad at, but not as enthused.
