McVay missed the first Arizona game this year with an illness. LaFleur took over playcalling in his absence and the Rams had their best offensive performance of the season, scoring 45 pts.

I don’t get the LaFleur love. His offenses for the Jets were heinous and there’s a high chance he’s basically McVay’s Bienemy. Do fans really want the guy that developed Zach Wilson in charge of developing Mendoza or Moore?

Personally, I never believed in Zach Wilson, and don't hold that Jets team against any of that coaching staff. LaFleur has been a part of some good offenses. I also am a fan of the Kyle Shanahan coaching tree. Wouldn't hate Kubiak either. They're basically 1a/1b for me.

Graham isn’t a top defensive coordinator in the NFL, but you can do worse. Let’s not forget, he didn’t really have a lot of talent to work with and his unit also spent a lot of time on the field because of how bad the offense has been the last two seasons. I don’t blame him for wanting to get out of Las Vegas as he’s probably looking forward to working with some decent talent for once.

Whoever stays or goes..........should be at the discretion of the new HC only.

HC hires his staff

I say Lefleur because he has worked well with Stafford, and Stafford is similar to Mendoza. Some coaches/ coordinators only had success with dual threat guys, like Harbaugh or Kliff Kingsbury.
