Any legit coach has got to be looking at the Ravens/Giants before ever considering us.JRaider17 wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 2:19 pm Harbaugh is a great HC, but I don't think he is what we need right now. I'd rather younger (offensive) candidates still.

I’d definitely ask but I’d be surprised if he doesn’t take a sabbatical. In any case, do you see him wanting to coach twice a year against his brother?Viper wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 2:28 pm I do not see a world where Harbaugh is unemployed next year, assuming he wants to jump back in immediately. If he does, he is a no brainer for us to at least inquire about. He jumped to the top of the list for me, his name alone would entice most coordinators and players to want to come to this franchise. Draft capital, available money and the number one pick are a bright red cherry on top.
I can see him taking the Giants job if he wants to coach right away.

I hope not. I love the mediocre seasons they've had since Ben retired. There is no team I despise more.... or love to see lose more than the Steelers.Rabidraider wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 2:22 pm He missed the division and playoff by a botched make-able FG. I guess they just want to go in another direction. Pittsburgh coach next when they lose?

If I had a chance to coach twice a year vs my brother I’d jump at it. I would think you’d want a coach that has that competitive nature.Marzan wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 2:31 pm I’d definitely ask but I’d be surprised if he doesn’t take a sabbatical. You may be right about a year off but he’s not getting any younger.

Unfortunately they do not have a QB capable of winning a super bowl.Marzan wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 2:25 pm Well, at least now we know what the most desirable and available HC job in all of football is. Ravens have excellent owners, great front office, top scouting network, good roster and a franchise QB. They’ll get their pick of the available HC’s

I would agree. Ravens for obvious reasons and the Giants actually have quite a few pieces to work with. Taking the blinders off for a second, the only thing this team has going for it is the 1st overall and a ton of cap space. The problem is, is any worthwhile fa going to want to come here especially if he has better options. Until the soap opera of a franchise gets rid of its rep, I don't see this franchise as a destination for top tier talent right nowbringdafunk wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 2:29 pm Any legit coach has got to be looking at the Ravens/Giants before ever considering us.

I hate the Steelers more that our division opponents. The missed FG Sunday night was sickening. I hate the f[raiders_icon]cking Steelers too. Steelers fans are why I hate the team. I live in Browns/Steelers country. Steelers fans are worst, most arrogant, entitled bunch of assholes. It's great to see them living on the same ground most other NFL fans live on. I hope they have the same misery that the Browns have lived for the last 40 years.Viper wrote: Tue Jan 06, 2026 2:40 pm The Steelers and it’s not close.
