And that's exactly why the Saints won't be taking a QB in the 1st. Shough is not bad. Not sure what some of you were watching when saying he was awful.

It doesn’t matter. Anyone ahead of us is liable to trade out of that spot to a team that grabs a QB. He was a 2nd round pick. 26 is not old for a QB. They will build around him if he shows promise the rest of the year. There are people that think Mendoza isn't ready and should stay in school. Assuming Spytek stays and If Mendoza is our guy then Spytek needs to figure out a way to get him if we are out of position to draft him. There is always a way.
