Around the NFL
No clue where to post some stuff not necessarily team related but could be? Feel free to delete if this belongs somewhere else.
Maxx and Parsons would be nasty. I probably wouldn’t pay the price though.

I bet a lot of teams will be lining up to sign Tyree Wilson in 2027 for this reason alone.LayneStaley wrote: Mon Nov 24, 2025 10:25 am Every player gets worse here and better after they leave. It’s pretty insane.

NFL insider Josina Anderson reports up to three NFL teams are interested in pursuing North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick this offseason.
Anderson’s somewhat vague report suggests the 73-year-old Belichick could be in the running for another NFL job even after failing as UNC’s head coach in 2025. The Tarheels are 4-7 after losing two straight games; they have just two wins in the ACC. “There’s more to the story of why Belichick did not end up head coaching another NFL team a couple seasons ago--with his own desires and preferences regarding workplace dynamics playing more into a part of it, than I think has been discussed, publicly known, or given real credence,” Anderson said. Belichick has said he won’t pursue another NFL head coaching job after being passed over by the Falcons two years ago. The presence of Belichick’s social media influencer girlfriend, Jordon Hudson, could complicate things for Belichick if he goes after an NFL gig in 2026.
Let the suspense begin...

Why not. Dufus, Carroll and Billy can go to the local senior rec center and have fruit tea and suck on Werther's caramels and listen to Dean Martin and Bing Crosby songs on Victrola while the "event organizer" tries to get them to water aerobics.BoKnows81 wrote: Tue Nov 25, 2025 7:32 am NFL insider Josina Anderson reports up to three NFL teams are interested in pursuing North Carolina head coach Bill Belichick this offseason.

Lol. I was just connecting the Brady/Belichek dots. I'm a hard pass on Bill though. I don't think he'd be any better than Pete at this point.Attyla wrote: Tue Nov 25, 2025 7:50 am Why not. oh, I get that, but I honestly think Brady wants to distance himself from his old coach.BoKnows81 wrote: Tue Nov 25, 2025 7:54 am Lol. I was just connecting the Brady/Belichek dots. I'm a hard pass on Bill though. I don't think he'd be any better than Pete at this point.

NFL suspended Panthers S Tre’Von Moehrig one game for punching 49ers WR Jauan Jennings in the groin on Monday night.
It will undoubtedly be appealed, but as Ja’Marr Chase learned last week, it’s hard to “get away” with something like this when there are thousands of cameras trained on every football field. Assuming it sticks, Moehrig will miss Week 13’s game against the Rams.
Him n Wilkins must of been best buds when they were here.

I wonder outside of Wilkins, if Jennings said something to precipitate the nut shot.

Attyla had a good point. Jim Bob Cooter could be the next guy. He’s been around some solid coaching. An OC twice. Has had 2 teams top 10 in scoring. Making Daniel jones look solid. Only 41 years old.

As long as he had some strong support around him. How many times have we seen a great OC/DC coordinator get overwhelmed with HC duties.
But on that same token, how many times has a first time OC/DC got the HC job and just rocked it?
At some point we have to take a chance like we did with Gru 1.0

Take away the name of the back of his jersey and he is another Trey Lance.
