Should we shlt can Chip Kelly and Hire Brian Daboll as OC before hes scooped up by another team ?
Is he a good fit with Pete Carroll and does his scheme match our offesive strengths in TE and our RB.
Does pete have any connection or ties with Daboll ?
Thoughts !

We need to stop hiring these "retreads"
The last time we were relevant was when we hired an up and coming O coordinator from Philly. (besides 2016 which may have been a mirage)
Don't take that the wrong way. I want nothing at all to do with Gru. That ship has sailed.
But we need to find that young guy that can change everything.
Your guess is as good as mine who that me be.

First of all, Pete is one and done, so nothing we do should calculate Pete Carroll into the equationRaiderFan1 wrote: Mon Nov 10, 2025 11:17 am Should we shlt can Chip Kelly and Hire Brian Daboll as OC before hes scooped up by another team ?

Secondly, we’re in prime position to finish in draft position to take a QB, don’t go screwing that up like we did with McDaniels, Drake Maye would be our QB right now if Mark Davis had an IQ over 50.

I'd rather hire Lane Kiffen again

No way. Just stay the course and assess at the end of the year. Pete will be here next year FYI. He is rebuilding this team with his vision. He’ll probably change the QB though.

Pete seems to think overall everything looks great with a few minor changes needed.STHfrontrow wrote: Mon Nov 10, 2025 5:17 pm No way. Just stay the course and assess at the end of the year.
