Add in some phantom calls from the refs.
My favorite game of the year is next week. Navy vs Notre Dame. I am not expecting a win by Navy but care to make a wager?

I was thinking something along the lines of if Notre Dame wins (likely) I wear the Fighting Irish avatar for the week on this forum. Navy wins, you get the Goat.

All in good fun. I am not in to gambling either.

This is why you draft a 6'6 QB. The ball doesn't get tipped.

Heisman Watch: I think Sayin takes it based on Ohio State's level of talent and remaining schedule

QB Julian Sayin, Ohio State (+180)

QB Fernando Mendoza, Indiana (+220)

QB Ty Simpson, Alabama (+350)

QB Marcel Reed, Texas A&M (+650)

Ok I've seen the Raiders next QB. check out the quarterback for USC. kids got a cannon with a quick release. unreal arm strength and with that quick release! I hope the Raiders can pick up this kid. Got great pocket awareness too and escape ability.

Jayden Maiava 6'4" 225 junior he will probably be coming out this year.

I haven't watched a lot, but what I have seen is impressive. What arm strength and quickness release, quick decision making too

I think this is an extremely deep QB class, and an underrated class at that. A prospect like Drew Allar could be a day 3 pick. That's unheard of. I know we all want "our guy", but the Raiders will be fine wherever they draft to get an upgrade at QB.

And let's be honest, almost any rookie QB we draft will be an upgrade over Geno.

I agree that almost any QB we draft would be an upgrade over Geno. I disagree that this is a deep class for QB's. I haven't seen/watched one QB that is worth a 1st rd. pick. There will be those picked in the 1st, but they aren't worth it... IMO. I wish Julian Sayin was a Jr. and was declaring.

I thought Bo Nix was overrated coming out, and I still feel that way. However, he is currently the starting QB for an 8-2 team.

In the right system with the right coach, most "game manager" QB's can thrive.

Agree, this could be a completely dismal QB class if most of the underclassmen don't declare and even if some do it's not strong, saying this is a deep QB class is laughable.

The current and future of college football, Texas Tech spent 7 million dollars on their defensive line through the transfer portal.

In today's game, game managers can have their little fun during the regular season. Guys like Bo Nix and Daniel Jones. But come playoff time, that's when you'll see the need for elite QB play. This team needs better than a game manager if they want to compete.

I don't disagree with that. I disagree that this is a deep QB draft class.

I don’t see Jalen hurts as elite. They won last year with a team effort and a solid running game and a defense that was brutal.
