Cuz he hires people to do their jobs, unlike last year when he said he had to rip the band aid off to fire Telesco.
Hes a moronic embarrassment.

Cooper was fat and out of shape and couldn’t compete. The fact that he thought he could half-ass his way into a job is right on brand. The Real CK wrote: Fri Oct 24, 2025 1:23 pm He and Cooper quickly figured out the train was heading for derailment station.

I guess we will have to wait to see if they can turn this team around later in the season; my take on this is we will be sitting on the number 1 pick with four games to play and then the raiders will win 3 of the last four games and end drafting at number 5 spot….

This draft is quickly shaping up to be a dud at QB. Only two guys would I even consider on day one or day two. Sad really, this was supposed to be a good QB draft. Now it has fallen apart.

Spytek's job should be safe. No reason to give up on a GM one year in. Especially a promising one like Spytek, who was regarded as one of the best assistant GMs. We allowed Reggie McKenzie to be the GM for six years and he had subpar drafts. Yet we won't give a young promising GM more than one year? Stupid. You're asking to perpetually rebuild, which is right on par for this dumbass franchise for nearly three decades.
Carroll needs to be forced to retire. He doesn't have the energy nor the understanding of today's NFL. His staff sucks; nepotism still runs rampant here (oline hire); and he has questionable in game moments. Ride off into retirement and allow the Raiders to get a promising coordinator (Indy's DC for example).

Yeah a lot of these kids need another year of school. I'll admit I haven't watched Mendoza play but I haven't been impressed with anyone else. Certainly not for the first round.Attyla wrote: Sat Oct 25, 2025 4:17 am This draft is quickly shaping up to be a dud at QB. Only two guys would I even consider on day one or day two.
