After watching the post game Geno interview, I immediately wondered why Hondo is a Raiders team reporter? I dont like his questioning style or his voice. He reminds me of a kindergarten teacher talking to toddlers.

This team was garbage in Oakland too. People want to remember with rose-colored glasses but the final few years in Oakland were f[raiders_icon]cking dogshit too.

There was no "home field advantage" because the stadium was only 50-60% full on any given day. And since Oakland is a shit hole with no tourist factor, no opposing fans wanted to go there to fill the remaining seats (like we're seeing in Vegas). The seagulls were taking over the stadium by the 4th quarter because the Raiders were losing (as usual) and most of the remaining fans left.

Hell they had to tarp off Mt Davis for YEARS and they still never sold the place out.

Thats because toddlers and the like are his natural audience.

No one talked about Seattle's homefield advantage until the Legion of Boom arrived.

This take is mentioned all the time on social media and it is silly. The team stunk in Oakland too.

There’s something wrong with the team, not that we are just below average in talent. A lot of players seem to have quit already, did Pete lose the locker room?

This was by far the most pathetic showing yet.

We have seen a lot of bad Raiders games but this ranks up there with the worst of them. To me this feels like a big moment for Pete. I feel like he is in the verge of losing the locker room

1 Geno didn’t throw a pick. So that’s win right? Only throwing 67 yards is pathetic no matter how you spell. You might as well put in AOC

2 The game play was to run the ball today but that was no good either. Jeanty only had 21 yards rushing. Kelly should be fired imo for the performance today.

3 I want to give the defense a break since the offense was shutout but they were awful too. Kermit and KC have not been world beating this year but you wouldn’t know it if you watched them today,

4 Trade Maxx. He will check soon anyway

5 I would also trade any one of value like Miller and Tucker. We need a complete rebuild

This team never recovered from Wilkins running around teabagging everyone. Only threads here that matter anymore are the Tankathon one and the College Football one.

So 20 games in a season (17 regular season and 3 preseason)

Chip Kelly gets $6mm / year = $300k / game

So 30 plays in a game = $10k per play.

Not sure we're getting our moneys worth...

What’s with Pete being defensive? “Go ahead and pick it apart. It’s what you guys do.”

Um… your team is shit and that’s their job.

Imagine playing Geno today as your FF QB……he would have netted you 2.7 points lol.

this about sums it up. I told myself I wouldn’t get angry today, knowing they were big underdogs against a much better team.

And yet, I didn’t expect historically bad. Lifeless, passionless and gutless team. Led by a QB that sits on the sidelines looking like he doesn’t give a f[raiders_icon]ck. But that’s why “they pay him the big bucks”.

I'm lucky to have been unable to watch this one, so unlike those who had to endure it, maybe I have some perspective.

1. Keep Geno in. We don't need one-game wonder like Pickett or O'Connell coming in to screw things up. Just leave it be.

2. Don't fire the coaching staff just yet. If we're in the top 2-3 spots in the draft, then we can shitcan them. We NEED a potential franchise QB, but we don't need him coming into such a putrid situation. Then we can start everything all over once again.

Six points in two games is obviously unacceptable, but what else is there to do? Another interim HC and OC who won't be here next year? F*** that. Stick with the current staff and ride it out. Maybe it'll get better; probably not, but we don't need to find ourselves in the top 10 no man's land again.

Someone earlier wondered what Chiefs fans are saying about this. My guess is probably not much. This was the equivalent of a preseason game for them. We've been shit on their shoe for so long, they don't give us a second thought.

The Raiders have a DE, TE, RB, K, and a Punter that would start on the best teams in the league. 5 players and 2 are ST guys.

That many? I don't play FF so I don't know, but it seems like Geno should've netted negative points today.
