Pretty sure he's on the rise as we speak. He already does so many things you want to see in an NFL QB prospect... Good footwork, can improvise, throw with anticipation and attack spaces in the defense... Mateer hurt his stock today, probably has to stay another year to redeem himself.
Allar is cooked, he is now a day three guy.
Manning did not help or hurt himself, but he has to stay another year.
