Franklin always trots his daughter out to deflect after losses. Every PSU fan knows this.Atlasffa wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 11:07 am This is a father sharing an experience with his seriously ill daughter.

Agree that whoever we bring in has to start day one. There's nobody for them to sit behind and learn from anyway.Willmark wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 4:01 am Beck would be 1 of 4 who could come in and start right now which is what we need. Raiders don’t have time for a project.

Yea, kind of a "pulling wings off butterflies" kinda thing. Kid is sick, he is being a kind and caring father.Atlasffa wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 11:37 am Perfect justification for mean xtweeting about a sick child.ICYWW, it's mean, not funny.

I mean it is well known that he brings his daughters to games win or lose but i guess that kinda spoils the narrative if you thrown out all the infoThe Real CK wrote: Mon Oct 06, 2025 11:19 am Franklin always trots his daughter out to deflect after losses. Every PSU fan knows this.

Some marquee matchups this weekend
#1 Ohio State travels to #17 Illinois, can Illinois pull off the shocker ?
#8 Alabama at #14 Missouri, is Alabama back ?
#3 Oregon hosts #7 Indiana, QB watch - two of the highest ranked QBs in Moore and Mendoza face off
#6 Oklahoma vs Texas, the red river rivalry, big test for Manning against a very tough Oklahoma defense. Unfortunately probably won’t get a look at Mateer, as listed as questionable after hand surgery
South Carolina at 11 LSU. QB watch - Sellers vs Nussmeier , this should be a good one

Liked Mendoza before the season, like him even more now. Was hoping he would stay a bit under the radar and end up in the late to middle of the first and we could draft him.
Of course we may not need him to slip anywhere if we keep this up.

One of the things I really hate about watching college ball. If you slip with nobody within 20 yards you are down. It's tackle football not flag. Trevor Lawrence would have been down twice on Monday night instead of an amazing finishAtlasffa wrote: Sat Oct 11, 2025 10:57 am Finding new ways to goof up. Never have seen this one before.
