As hard as it is to watch him continually turn the ball over, it's probably best to let Gino ride out the season as tank commander. We don't want a QB coming and getting on a little roll where they win a couple of meaningless games like the last few seasons. This team needs to complete the tank.
I can’t see us drafting a QB unless Carroll leaves.

We're probably stuck with Gramps and the Black Carr for another year, but that doesn't/shouldn't preclude us from drafting a QB.

I see Geno much more tied to Pete than Spytek. Despite some misteps I am still all in on Brady and Spytek as our best chance to get out of this hell. We are in a fantastic cap situation (even if we have to eat the 18 million on Geno next year) and have our picks plus some comp picks coming.

I am hopeful that Brady is smarter than a turnipDanKD wrote: Mon Sep 29, 2025 2:18 pm I see Geno much more tied to Pete than Spytek. Personally I'd rather pay scrubs on the cheap and build the rest of the team than constantly overpaying Turds like Carr,Geno,Jimmy G,etc.....The Turds cost way more $$$ and get you very little in return as far as more wins.
Hiring a coach who was retired from the game was the first mistake and his coaching staff sux ballz....Chip can be shown the door now along with Carrolls son imo
I thought Carroll would at least bring some structure to practice and preparing for games but with the staff he assembled I don't see much changing.

Wow 24TD and 14 INT.........And how many fumbles????? Not much for that amount of yards lmao..........Geno sucking and hoping he sucks doesn't vindicate Carr in any way shape or form.......They both suck ballz, biggest difference is one got paid far more to continually suck ballz and quit on 2 teams taking his ball and went home.
Shocking that he hasn't needed that shoulder surgery yet

The adage "absence makes the heart grow fonder" doesn't apply to Derek Carr.
Geno might suck as bad (or even worse) than Carrbage, but the bright side is there's no way we're gonna have to deal with shitty Smitty's horsecrap play for 9 stinking years.
Grampa Pete is a douchenozzle, but that doesn't mean I miss Josh Mcdumbass (forever in his gratitude for putting an end to the Carr nightmare though). Good news is Pete won't be around long either.
One of these years the Raiders might be good again.
