I liked this post, took away the like, and then liked it again so I could like it twiceHellbound wrote: Sat Sep 27, 2025 3:17 pm Always liked him and thought he was a great offensive mind, I like him even more now that he's matured
Sometimes it is just growing up a bit that matters

Saw lane taking on the mcafee show I think and he was going over the 76 yard field goal attempt.Hellbound wrote: Sat Sep 27, 2025 3:17 pm Always liked him and thought he was a great offensive mind, I like him even more now that he's matured

I have said this before. I can see Lane Kiffin or even Steve Sarksian possibly returning. A plausible scenario we be as an assistant head coach and then moving into the head coaching job when Pete retires or joins the front office.
Such a move would be a step backwards for both in the near term. I don't know if either are interested in returning to the NFL so this is all a pipe dream. But they both have stayed close to Coach Pete over the years.
I was a fan of Kiffin when he was our coach. I thought he had potential and I have always liked Sark.

Don't see either of them returning, only way would be as head coaches, they make too much money in college, what I do see is Kiffin leaving Ole Miss for another big time program if a spot opens like say Alabama.ToastPatterson wrote: Sat Sep 27, 2025 6:13 pm I have said this before. Sark could bounce from Texas but the way Kiffin sounds, he's 100% fine in Oxford and seems to have no intention of leavingToastPatterson wrote: Sat Sep 27, 2025 6:13 pm I have said this before. At this point, “Tank for Mauigoa“.
Or, just keep doin’ what you’re doin’ Raiders, then draft Mauigoa.
