Hey
Everybody, come on now
Hey
Yeah, listen to me say it
One more time
Ian, take it easy
Well, we had a lot of luck on Venus
We always had a ball on Mars
We're meeting all the groovy people
We've rocked the Milky Way so far
We rocked around with Borealice
We're space truckin' 'round the stars
Aw!
Come on, come on, come on
Come on, come on, come on, yeah
Remember when we did the moonshot
And Pony Trekker led the way
We'd move to the Canaveral moonstop
Everynaut would dance and sway
We got music in our solar system
We're space truckin' everyday
Come on, come on, come on
Come on, come on, come on, come on
The fireball that we rode was moving
But now we've got a new machine
Yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah, the freaks said
Man those cats can really swing
They got music in their solar system
They've rocked around the Milky Way
Dance around the Borealice
Space truckin' every day, aw, hey!
Come on, come on, come on
Let's go space truckin'
Come on, come on, come on, yeah
Yeah-yeah-yeah
Yeah-yeah-yeah
Yeah-yeah-yeah
Yeah, yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah-yeah
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TsK73ygfpPU
Did I ever tell you that I saw the Allman Brothers first concert on the West Coast? Actually it was Saturday night at Fillmore West, so the second concert. January 1971 opening for Buddy Guy and BB King. Great concert for sure. Sadly, I never saw them again, but I did get to see Duane Allman. I saw Gregg Allman in Sacramento about a year before his death. Very good voice still but he had a boring lead guitarist with him.

Etched in my mind because hearing it made me happy for you and envious.
Never got to see the AB in concert.
Remembering the good times is a requirement at our age......
Flew out to see a buddy in Oregon.... more than a few years back to watch Robert Cray......
