There is ZERO chance that Kingsbury ends up here. The Raiders were jilted.
I just can't get excited about Vrabel.
I really don’t want to see Patriots West 2.0. The incoming coach should be creative and be able to adapt each drive or defensive series. I’m tired of system coaches that stick to one philosophy. This new team should tailor their scheme week to week as needed.
I'm sure he's making good money to in college, the get to the pro's asap isn't as important. He played well, but he needs time to grow, they all do.
No doubt he will likely mature and I'd not be surprised if he turned out to be a great college QB and maybe a generational NFL QB. However, he does have a lot of expectations to play up to. Up to this point in his career he has not be able to take the starting position away from a QB many think will be average, at best in the NFL. I hope he does well.

Coen, and I saw a post mention Saleh as DC. I’d be completely okay with that.

I don’t mention Ben cause I just can’t see that happening.

And ya know what, see if Zach Wilson or Jake Browning can be our Sam Darnold.

Was Coen at the Rams the same time as Stanley?

Trying to think about staff members he’s been around in his short career.

Staley was DC Coen was assistant/quarterbacks
I wonder if that could be a duo, Staley has the Telesco connection as well, they both got fired at the same time so could very well have a good working relationship. Not saying I want it but, maybe he would work out as a DC again.

Again, Norv Turner to be a head coach as a 1 or 2 season bridge until his son Scott is ready to move from OC to head coach.

I still like Coen, Sarkisian, and Kiffin in that order. Coen just feels right. Al was legendary is his eye for young talented coaches. Unfortunately, Kiffin had some growing up to do, but I would welcome him with open arms now. I still like Flores (got a raw deal in Miami and he also grew up a little bit). Someone mentioned Spagnuolo. I do not see how you don't give this guy an interview. Sure he is old, but he has proven successful year in and year out. The Queefs always take from the defense to give to the offense (in terms of cap allocation and assets) and Spagnuolo's defense NEVER skips a beat.

That is not how you do it in the NFL. You hire a guy who is the answer long term. Teams who have success tend to have long term coaches.

And, Norv for a season or two followed by Scott can absolutely be a long term solution.
