I still think we get some trade compensation for Carr. It seems like enough people around the league are willing to convince themselves that he just needs the right situation. I think it's a 2nd though, not a first, and I think Carr's ego would convince himself that a trade is better than a release because of the fear that FA doesn't go the way he wants it. Refusing trade opportunities is risky for him and this is a guy who throws it away on 4th and game.
