We broke a QB. Another first for the Raiders organization. We have destroyed careers, we have forced guys to want to retire, but breaking a person? I have never seen that before in the NFL.
I think we broke Carr with our underwhelming ability to send him positive vibes on this forum. If you people would only take a step back, you would see it is our fault.
Yes, that's the ticket.
Sorry about that.
I'll try harder next time.

Is this the perfect 4 man rush defense?
One safety covering 2 WRs on the bottom of pic around the 40 yard line...

We’re supposed to feel sorry for someone who gets paid millions of dollars to play a game?
For someone who has physical talents that any of us to would kill for to play the most prestigious position in football?
We’re supposed to feel bad for a dude who got injured? Sorry but some of us have had injuries far worse than his leg break. When I broke my leg in 13 places (playing soccer of all things) the first thing my orthopedic surgeon asked? “Were you in an auto accident?”
We’re supposed to believe that negative posts hurt his feel feels?
Point being he is blessed with physically talents that he can’t or won’t use for whatever reason. Any one of us would give up almost anything to play pro football and all that entails.
As far as the fans complaining? We have every right to. No Dumbass Davis, some of us have been witnessing the same crap since 1986 outside of a few meager outliers. I’ve been a fan since 1980; Like a lot from this range we’ve seen far more bad than good
This sorry ass franchise should be thanking each and every fan that has stuck by them and that don’t deserve one iota of our loyalty.
And if our anger, pissed off nature of enduring the unending crap of the Raiders, decade after decade upsets the feelings of our moron owner, our delicate QB or anyone in between?
I gotta tell you, I’m not losing sleep over it.

And by criticizing the organization rather than Carr, the Carr cult will give him lots of positive attention on social media. Those of us not in the cult won't give him much negative attention because all we're doing is waiting for Carr to get gone.
If Eisen were to say negative things about Carr, the cult would turn on him in a flash. They'd be loud and relentless. People like that tend to have multiple accounts so they produce an outsized voice. Eisen's feeds would be filled with their bullshit 24/7.

Eisen, like Clark and the others don’t watch every snap of every game like we do.
They don’t see Carr stepping into a sack or going fetal. They don’t see him missing wide open guys. They don’t see him laughing on the sidelines when we are getting it handed to us.They don’t see him chumming it up with the enemy during a game.
It disgusts me.

Raiders are a soft football team. They have been one for some time.
IF your leader on the field is soft; the rest of the team appears to follow suit.
The team this year bends and breaks under pressure whenever the game is on the line. It appears to me that McDaniels came in but has had no impact on the team. Carr, given his years at the facility has become the leader of this team and well, this is what you get. A soft team.
I watched the last Washington game. A team that does not have much talent at the QB position, but he is tough as nails....as is the HC. And guess what, the rest of the team follows their lead. Do I think Washington will make the playoffs. No. But damn, watching them play is not embarrassing.
I find it odd that Carr began to shower blame on his fellow teammates. I think this squad is a reflection of their leader. The roster is holding up a mirror to Carr.
Raiders need to find a new leader in the draft and they would be wise not to pick up someone who folds like a lawn chair as soon a s pressure (real or imagined) occurs in the pocket, incapable of dealing with anything going awry during a play, without improvisational skills, and one that refuses to run -- someone who has no idea what it means to play with grit. Raiders need to find a football player to play QB.

Gannon laughing on the sideline losing to the Jags.
Been saying it for years. It’s the field general.

Just a little note the #1 seed in the afc has a defense that is 2.2 points per game better than ours. Not even a full field goal. I see mahomes is playing terrible due to that fact
