I've been watching a lot of 70's and 80's Raider games lately. Last night I watched Raiders vs. Chargers last game of the season '82. Ah the memories. Keep em coming!

Yeah my apologies that the game wasn't a win, but I didn't know that at the time of posting... I watched it like it was in real time.
I was 8 when that game was played...

Still fun to watch. Love the camera guys finding the girls and the commentators just blatantly commenting on their looks. Way different time.

One of my sons (21) happened to be visiting while I was watching the game from '82, and he said wow... no end zone celebrations? LOL Different time indeed.

with the adjustable spray tip! Weird seeing commercials for cigars as well. But that was long before he perfected his drink recipe.

Indeed ....
There's also a 1990 game at Arrowhead with Jay Shroeder , 1st Shell era on You Tube .... Also a close loss...
That was a pretty great team outside Jay....

Lotta great Raiders in this and Albert Lewis having a great game against us,,
Warning it's a loss.....I much preferred Greg Townshend to Anthony Smith who replaced him..
Howie, Chester and Greg on the same line would've been mean....

The 1991 Wild Card game in Arrowhead was a near run affair despite Marinovich's turnovers. Even in a losing effort I thought that it was the beginning of something.
It wasn't on MNF but a tough hard hitting game.
Ironically it was the Chiefs first playoff win since their 1969 Super Bowl team.

I enjoyed the game. Good times seeing the Raiders function as a football team.
Yeah, I'll admit it. I was thinking that in the 4th quarter against the Chiefs, if the Raiders had the 76 offense Stabler could have pulled it out.
