He is definitely a likeable guy. And some humility in stating building something for long after he is gone.Atlasffa wrote: Sun Sep 20, 2026 9:14 pm Excellent presser by Kirk. Talks with confidence and doesn't shy away from owning up to mistakes or answering tough questions.

Yes, very likeable and is truly humble. Maybe better leadership skills than natural talent, but he works very hard to be the best player he can be with the talent/physical abilities he has. His knowledge and experience also make up for some lack of physicality. Team guy, not ego driven.DanKD wrote: Sun Sep 20, 2026 9:16 pm He is definitely a likeable guy. Maxx sounds, I'm not sure how to describe it, but he sounds more team oriented; like he has belief in the abilities of the other guys on the field with him. It's nice to hear.

A little humility gained from his tumultuous offseason didn’t hurt either.Atlasffa wrote: Sun Sep 20, 2026 9:48 pm Maxx sounds, I'm not sure how to describe it, but he sounds more team oriented; like he has belief in the abilities of the other guys on the field with him. It's nice to hear.
