What’s your thoughts? I prefer young offensive minded with a fresh DC. Kubiak, Cooter, Kafka and pair them with someone like Al Harris as the DC.

Right now, my top guy is Kubiak. Mendoza would fit his system perfectly.

Pats and Bears turned their team around in 1 year. It can be done. It's our time.

I really haven't been following the young assistants this year though I would not be opposed to Saleh even though he is a defensive specialist. I think he has cleansed himself of the Jet's stench.

Kubiak is a good up and coming OC but he's a little light on experience being an OC for only two seasons. Not sure if he's ripe enough to be able to recruit a top staff. Would rather go the Saleh route as at least he would run a tight defense and has experience coaching in a bad situation.

Mike LaFleur. I know McVay calls the plays but LaFleur has been heavily involved the past 3 years under McVay and KOC didn’t call plays for the Rams either and turned out pretty good for Minny.

Both qbs were in year two so I do think realistically it will take two seasons to turn things around.

I really don't know who. All I know is that with a new QB coming in we need a new young offensive minded coach to grow with him. I just don't want retreads.

Raiders should build a ship inside the stadium and after the game make Pete Carroll walk the plank….

Hopefully Mark Davis will actually let the GM choose the HC…. But will Mark let that happen

Kinda but really want that offensive mind that calls his own plays that talks directly to the QB during games.
