I had Carr pegged for 300 yards a game.At least he's in the top 10.
he did not throw a pick into double coverage to end the game?
He did a phenomenal job at handing the ball to Jacobs
In all seriousness though the no turnovers was pretty much the difference. Running the ball a ton certainly helps that cause but we haven’t really seen any sort of balance - through the first 3 weeks we had the fewest rushing attempts in the league and then in week 4 gave Jacobs 28 rushing attempts.
If we can continue ti have that kind of success with Jacobs keep doing it. Every team would be thrilled to just be able to run the ball the entire game. But assuming we face more resistance against the run going forward - can’t just default to abandoning it altogether.

I mean, they are two guys that expect a lot from themselves and they don’t, they’re not satisfied with anything less than a great effort out there, and they want greatness every time they hit the field.
Obviously one is a four-time MVP, you know, Super Bowl-winning quarterback, and another one is slightly younger, extremely accomplished, but hasn’t really had some of the acknowledgements of the accolades that Aaron [Rodgers] has.
[Carr has] probably had some of the most adversity from any other quarterbacks that I know of, let alone personally.
Sounds like Davante is making excuses for Carr.

I would rather the Raiders had the guy who's great instead of popular with the fellas.

I don’t see how Carr is even on the roster next year. Half the team are pending FAs, almost no cap room, won’t even have enough room to sign their draft picks. It makes all the big signings look really dumb, or genius because the only way the math will work in fielding a team is to dump or trade Carr.
