29 and 32 career record is not success

Your going to compare the Packers organization to the Raiders lmao!
Carr has 42.3% win percentage going 52 -65 with 0 playoff games
Mariota 48.5 % win percentage going 33-35 has a 5 playoff appearances with 3 wins
Which QB has had the better career, I mean your dismissal of Mariota just overrode your defence of Carr

Joe Montana was drafted #82. Pretty much every team passed on him two or three times.
Tom Brady was drafted #199. Pretty much every team passed on him five or six times. Including this own team...

Every defense knows that you have to rattle Carr a little bit and he’ll fold like a chair.
He’ll turn into checkdown Charlie.
There have been numerous teams that have been caught saying he’s scared on the sidelines (not just this season either).
When you see your QB rattled, without the will to win, your team falls apart. We’ve seen it year after year with Carr. Time to change things up.
I am not sure if the Raiders are obligated to pay Carr for the 2022 season.
The Raiders can trade or cut Carr with no cap impunity in 2022. So yes, I would personally move on (Whether it's Carr quitting football or trading him for anything we can get), and then signing a bandaid for half/quarter of the cost. Trade up in the draft and get a prospect. You can't get better if you don't step up to the plate and take a couple of swings!

You can keep trying to refute what he said, but sooner or later, the steadfast few continuing to carry Carr’s water are going to have to face reality and all his garbage time stats, the “B…b…but he’s had different coaches and no supporting cast,” excuses and “too many things have happened this season,” nonsense aren’t going to save him.
Will dumping the mediocrity known as Carr immediately translate into a Super Bowl the next season? Nope, but it’ll be one Hell of a big step in the right direction.
At this point, why not? You'll never keep a team like together for very long due to the cap, but it's more viable than hoping for us to draft the next HOF QB. It's kind of like what the Titans have done. They've built a solid team without a great QB. They likely won't get to a Super Bowl, but they have a puncher's chance every year. I'd rather have that than hope the next Brady or Manning somehow falls to us.
Broncos did it, TB did it the Rams are trying to do it.

Honestly I don't hate Carr, I am sure he is a great guy in the locker room and with the team. His thin skin when it comes to any of his critics is well documented. Deleting followers and dealing with the media and such is concerning though. No other QB I can recall has quite the sensitive side that he has. All that aside, I don't hate the guy.
I keep hearing that the play calling was bad. Honestly, it is still the same playbook and while Greg did not call a great game, he is far from the worst.
But even with that, Carr can audible anytime he wants. If he wanted to go to the endzone when we were on the doorstep, change the play. That is what a good QB would do.
So there are going to be that few on here that refuse to blame the QB for yesterday, and will blame the defense (weak) or the play calling (eh, it was not as bad as advertised) but the guy in the moment who is hyperfocused on the game and supposedly has this great football IQ did not change the plays, or go over to the OC to talk about the play calling in game. Like has been noted, he was sitting on the bench alone, glowering.
Also of note, none of his teammates went over there either. What in the f[raiders_icon]ck is up with that?

Carr looked like he was just gazing off into oblivion, disinterested. Why the hell wasn’t he concerned enough to review plays and get with his teammates? At the after game press conference he was rocking back and forth, looking unstable. Looked like he was having a mental meltdown. Something is wrong.

As you said and I feel the same, I am 100% sure he's a good guy but I have stopped cheering and supporting him years ago. I'm a Raider fan before anything else. I want to win but a lot of it starts with how he plays.

We'll be going into Year 9 with the same questions?
There comes a point where sunk cost fallacy is a thing. We're well beyond that with Carr, probably were about 2 years ago.
Maybe he gets his head straight, maybe not but looking ahead the Dallas game might be our best shot at a win only because they have injuries. And even then? I doubt it.
At some point assuming Mayock survives the off-season he's realistically got to do something in regards to QB. There is no way we can sustain what little life is in the franchise with "wait till next year." It is next year, it was several next years ago.

He almost looked petulant sitting on the bench.

Bisaccia didn't agree with Carr's assessment that the team was flat: "We played with great energy."
Truth is probably somewhere in the middle.
