2026 Draft - Raiders & all teams (April 23-25)
Obvious Mendoza #1 no consideration of trading that pick.
But who you got picks 2 - 4 thats going to help Mendoza.
#2 Raiders should be able to select WR Chris Bell or WR KC Concepcion with our early 2nd.
#3 I forget who it was, but someone here mentioned that the best pure dominant RT coming out of college could be got in the 3rd. And stated hes played his whole career at RT, and not being moved around the line.
Sounds like solid gets
Id hope the rest of the draft is building the trenches, with maybe 1 DB in there
Who else you like ?

For sure, still a little ways to go and there final boards should be out soon. Maybe Bell jumps some but again, I haven't seen his name anywhere near the top of the 3rd...BoKnows81 wrote: Sun Apr 12, 2026 5:18 am I think Bell is a 3rd round guy and quite honestly he will probably creep up even higher as it gets closer to the draft IMO. The college production is there to back it up. But appreciate the feedback![]()

Another misleading text/tweet. Surprise surprise
Digging just a little it appears the careless driving was dropped as his car was sandwiched into a wall by another car and his passenger later died. As far as I can tell, there is nothing Bain could have done. Appears to be just a bad tweet by “Ollie”.
Maybe there is much more to the story that I haven’t found yet but otherwise that tweet is misleading

The real story is that he couldn't reach the steering wheel with his itty bitty arms.

I think we’ll have to endure 1 more year of Glaze at RT as no starting quality OTs will still be available when we pick in the 2nd. I think the 2nd Rd pick will be either Hunter/DT, Pregnon/IOL, or Rutledge/IOL. Unless of course Hood or Cooper are unexpectedly available.

The Bain story sounds like someone trying to sink his value enough so he drops to them.

Dan Orlovsky reports that Fernando Mendoza once wiped a boogie on the carpet when he was 5.DanKD wrote: Sun Apr 12, 2026 8:00 pm The Bain story sounds like someone trying to sink his value enough so he drops to them.

Possibility Hood, Hunter and Cooper could all be there at 36. Pregnon has consistently been in the mid 2nd round big boards I watch which in turn means he could easily be drafted at the top. If the Cardinals or Titans don't snag him we will have a chance at him. That is unless the Giants or Texans don't leap frog us for him.BoJacksonRules wrote: Sun Apr 12, 2026 6:52 pm I think we’ll have to endure 1 more year of Glaze at RT as no starting quality OTs will still be available when we pick in the 2nd. I suspect the Titans will draft Love and then a guard with their 2nd pick.
The Cardinals will likely select an OT with pick 1 and they are okay at guard and it wouldn't surprise me if they try and leap frog the jets for Simpson and trade up.
I don't see the Jets going OL early if at all.
The Giants need a WR so Tate may be the pick but they also are in need of a guard. Would they select Ioane at 5? I don't see it but that wouldn't preclude them from moving up in the 2nd and taking Pregnon.
I'd be shocked if the Texans took Pregnon at 28 but again, it wouldn't stop them from leap frogging us but the only thing about that is they are likely going to take the best OT at 28 so would they then move up and take a guard just a few selections later?
So assuming the Titans snag Pregnon, would we attempt to move down some and acquire another pick(s)? Haven't seen a board where Rutledge is in the 2nd round much less at the top of the 2nd. Pretty much he's consistently been in the mid 3rd round range. If I were to guess, if Pregnon is taken before us or they have Rutledge as a better fit we may go another direction with pick 36 or trade down and try and scoop up Rutledge in the 3rd. The guy is a violent mauler and a physical freak. He had a 4.54 shuttle time which is absolutely insane for an OG.
As for RT I can't help but think it's open season and may the best man win.
Edit to this post: One of the boards I frequent just updated their board and Rutledge leaped all the way from the middle of the third to now the middle of the second and is considered now the 2nd best OG prospect ahead of Pergnon.
