Cant talk about blame because apparently those post will be deleted unless it is to use a an excuse to advocate for Carr

To keep it simple - Carr has now been responsible for 2 regular season losses along side McDaniels

McDaniels called a bad game in the second half and failed to make adjustments. But as I've said before, play-calls are much more of a suggestion than a command when you have a 9th year QB.

This is just another illustration of Carr's inability to make things happen. One more field goal in the second half would've iced this game and he couldn't pull it off. When the score was 23-15, that's when an elite QB leads their team down the field for a score to put it away.

Adams, Waller, Renfrow. Jeez, look at all that money sunk into providing Carr every opportunity to fully realize his potential (after 9 f'ing years).


As for Renfrow, his fumbles were very un-Renfrow-like and there's every reason to think he'll fix the problem.

Going over his career stats his highest is 4 TDs in a game, last time was 2018, Week 4. Now, normally this isn't the be all end all but in a the Division we are in? Herbert and Mahomes throw for usually 1-2 more TDs per game than Carr. Add to this Carr is no threat to run.

Then look at Tua today? 6 TDs? Carr has never had more than 4.

Defense deserves blame today sure, at same time they were out there a lot in the 2nd half.

So here we are again: more questions than answers.
