It was a tough call last weekend but not we go to the defending AFC champs if we beat them with a half dead coach we can do it now.

That’s a lot of DBs injured… Boston sports media says it doesn’t matter cause we have no receivers

The coaching staff needs to bite the bullet and sit him until he's actually healed. NFL players are hyper competitive and will play until it's physically impossible, so it's up the staff to sit them.

If they ask Jeanty if he's ready to go, of course the kid's going to say "Hell yeah!" But watching him play, it's clear he isn't.

Good, let Jeanty be limited throughout the week so he can heal faster. This will keep him fresher come game time.

Cody White limited also. Donte Thorton will definitely get his chance.

yay, cannot wait for his less than 1.5 catch per game average to blow the doors off

We need to focus on our bread and butter. Our subpar run offense and our blow off the doors TE offense

I tried to focus/pay more attention to the Oline work and our RB’s this week when watching clips. The Oline, especially at Guard, aren’t heading to the Hall soon, but they are making lanes to run through. They’re not tunnels that will stand the test of time, but there are lanes if the RB’s will get to them fast enough. I’m surprised after watching everything that I’ve found more fault with the RB’s than the Oline.

The problem with the RB’s (Jeanty/Washington), and the running game in general, is that Jeanty’s injury has him a step or two slow, and Washington just isn’t decisive enough quite yet. Seems to me you kill two birds with one stone by resting Jeanty and giving Washington more experience. A healthy Jeanty and a wiser Washington can easily top 100 yds a game.

My brother in law is from Massachusetts and is a huge Patriots fan. I have been putting up with his bullshit for decades. I got on Amazon and sent him a Raiders jersey. We have a running bet that the loser gets their picture taken wearing the other team's laundry.

If we lose I get a Christmas present. If we win I get some serious bragging rights for Thanksgiving. f[raiders_icon]ck the Patriots!

Barmore is out too. Both their starting WRs are scratches. Now it sounds like RB1 is out. That is one banged up team

Sit Jeanty and go with a pass heavy game plan

In the past beat up teams would beat us. This is a game we should win if we're truly a new team with Kubiak.

This staff should be smart enough to attack their weakness. Unlike those of late

Not that it means anything but I was unsure about the Chiefs game but I feel pretty good about our chances this week. And you're right, in seasons past we would make a hero out of some unheralded backup that was replacing an injured starter. I think we are beyond that now.

Temps near 65 degrees, mostly cloudy with a chance of rain as the remnant of Isaias passes through if the course lags east as projected.
