I commented to another poster a page back regarding Carr being a solid starter and you chimed in that he is a hair above average. So out of 1-32 give me a specific number. And while you are at it tell me how many yards he will throw for this year, how many TD's, how many INT's.

Are we all “chiming in”, or is that description reserved for your favorites?

As to his yards, TD’s, INT’s, etc. etc. I’ll know better at the end of the season. If you need it now, you’ll have to figure it out yourself.

No, I didn't. As a matter of fact it's just the opposite. I look forward to others thoughts/discussions/ideas. That's why I asked you in the first place and why I come on here.

I asked a simple question which you have completely avoided. If it takes you to the end of the season to calculate how he will do when the writing is on the wall I find that laughable. Hey! I knew the rams were going to win the Super Bowl right after they won it! And no, I don't need to know what you think especially if it takes you to the end of the season! :goofy: <---- goofy!

It’s probably generational. I didn’t grow up with a sports industry propped up with people falling under the misguided belief that their sports opinions (“hot takes”) have merit.

So yes, you asked me to tell you what some of Carr’s stats would be. Being a man that prefers to deal in facts with numbers, I can tell you what they are when the season is over. If you want to hear people guessing shit, there’s plenty of others that can getcha what you need.

Aren't you a laugh a minute! :loltears:

Is that what you think you are is a man?

For the second time now as I stated in my last response to you already... no, I don't need to know what you think especially if it takes you to the end of the season to see the final numbers! :goofy: <---- goofy!

Oh! And you're smart too! :mindblown:

Someone posted this on the chat. The first eight years of Brady, The first eight years of Carr

Situations do matter.
Brady wasnt stat padding though, he was winning games.
Actually, BB was a f[raiders_icon]cking douche bag who notoriously ran up the score on teams and had Brady slinging late in games when the outcome was already decided. I hate when coaches unnecessarily expose QB's when a win is secured (see douche bag JDR on 12/24/16 when he potentially cost a legitimate chance for a Super Bowl and DC a chance at the league MVP).

Also, at the time of his injury, KC had locked up first in the division due to the head to head tie breaker. Also, the Pats had locked up the #1 seed in the AFC. Carr had faded out of contention due to a less than stellar December statistically. Ryan had more yards, far more TDs and was clearly the top guy with Brady and a few others in the mix.

Who knows where he would have finished but I would have like to see how it all ended with him behind center.

Raiders would have clinched the AFC West the following week as they were a game ahead of KC at the time (negated KC's head to head victories at the time).

Raiders were in the running for the #1 seed as they had the tie breaker over the Patsies and the Pats had Miami the last game of the season at Miami (who had won 9 out of their last 10 at that time.

The Patriots had a 2 game lead with one left when Carr went out, given they had won their match up that week. The Phins game would not have changed anything.

As for him being a leader? There was absolutely no talk outside Raiders fans of him being in the running. Mattie Ice had locked it up. There is no doubt of that. And we were going to be playing the same Broncos team no matter who was under center. And other than the Chiefs, that team in December had given up very few points. That defense was not going to give us enough thunder to even get Carr back into contention.
