Not a good decision by Moore there.
He also missed that receiver running open down the middle earlier on the 4th down play.
He does have some arm talent though, but it takes a lot more than just an arm.

they are definitely showing though that a great defense can keep even the worst teams in a game. going to be very important to see what the raiders do from here on out re: defensive philosophy. it's going to take the raider offense a couple seasons to gel with a rookie qb under center [assuming he starts from day 1], the defense will have to carry some games
